Why do my permanent press items come out wrinkled?

Wrinkles may be there because you may have left the clothes in the machine too long after it was done, because of an incorrect water level or water temperature, or you may need to add a fabric softener.

Remove the clothes promptly from the washer and dry them right away, don't combine loads, don't mix heavy and light clothes together, use the proper heat settings, and use only medium load sizes when washing permanent press items.
