Why do I see a fault code and what do I do about it?
WARNING!
To avoid personal injury or death, disconnect your appliance from its power source
before you start any troubleshooting or repair work. Use caution when working inside any appliance.
Most fault codes are model specific, and you either need to look at your owner's manual or go to the manufacturer for information regarding fault codes. Sometimes unplugging the appliance for a minute and then powering it up again will clear a fault code. Usually though, you will need to do some type of repair or call a professional appliance repair person.
